I started this blog a number of years ago, mostly as a personal endeavor, finding a space to put my thoughts into words outside of my own head. Since then it has evolved a bit. I still tend to write sporadically, though I’m always trying to post more regularly than I do.
This blog focuses on health: mental health, spiritual health, and emotional health. I write a lot about sobriety and mental health struggles, about faith, life and grief.
